What I received was an S&S set that did not even last for a week. It stayed on my nails approximately six days until it started bubbling and lifting. The design also started to peel away as well as the topcoat because the free edge was not capped with the gel coat. So I asked for all of the nails to be removed and I was just going to get something plain, but she said she would only fix the ones that had bubbles under them, and that were lifting which were most of my nails. She also said she was not putting the design back on. So I just asked her to remove all the nails and I would go somewhere else. I don’t know if she thought I was going to want a free service, but I had every intention of paying for another full set, but she refused. She did not even apologize for the application being applied poorly, which is what happens when your nails start to lift in under a week.

I went in at 10:45 for a Gel pedicure and SNS manicure. I was the second patron in the building and there were three nail techs. A man started my pedicure and did a nice job. While he was starting, a woman brought over all the sanding tool and said she was just going to do it there. She was rushing and ripped a chick of skin off one of my fingers while trimming cuticles and it bled. I wanted matching white nails on my hands and feet and chose a color that said “perfect match” for gel and SNS. First, I had to ask the girl for a manicure because she just sanded my nails and then was going to apply the SNS immediately. Second, she did two coats and I said “It isn’t white.” She said, “it’s fine, it’s white.” I was watching both the gel and the SNS be applied and I kept asking her why it looked pink and didn’t match. She said “it’s the same, it’s white.” I said “I want to make sure it’s solid white and it matches my toes.” She ignored me. At the end, my toes were bright white and my hands were milky, pinkish, and translucent. I was charged $115 dollars for a mismatched manicure that she cut me and made my finger bleed. I gave them $120 and left. As I’m about to pull out of the parking lot, the man chased me down and said “I told you $115 and you only gave me $110. You owe me $5.” I gave him $10 and drove away. This was such a sad experience as I don’t have the extra time to have my manicure redone today, I have a wedding tomorrow, I paid full price for something that was not what I asked for, I got cut in the process, and then the rudeness to chase me in the parking lot over $5 when I was clearly unhappy with the service. I think I did only give him $110 by accident and I meant to give $120… however, to chase me down and knock on my window over $5 when the service was bad is very shameful business.

Received a gel pedicure, which was done well enough. But I will never go back because they did an awful job on my nails and were misleading about their capabilities.

Very nice staff. Nice conversation with my nail tech. I loved the pedicure!! Lately too many techs are too rough with massage but my tech was gently but used appropriate press for a massage. My nails came out beautiful and the nail tech was able to copy a picture a showed her. I gave gotten so many compliments!!!

I think I’ve found my person! Lee Lee did my nails and did such a wonderful job. She didn’t rush through my nails & they are literally perfect. I Will be giving them my business from now on! I did get my eyebrow wax done by Tree. She is an amazing sweet and cleaned my brows up perfectly!
